

OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY
We structure our programming around variation ensuring that our members get different workouts each time they come to the classes. We aim to get your body ready for anything life throws at it, making you more versatile and better equipped to tackle day-to-day tasks whether that's climbing mountains, loading a truck full of cement, or carrying your groceries from the car. We want to be the best version of yourself, moving better, easier, and more efficiently.


TRAINING AT OUR FACILITY
Our Gym - Here we have your more traditional equipment, weights and cardio machines like Assault Bike, row and ski erg. We like our pull up bar and building on body weight strength.
Our Rigs - Some standing almost 20m in length and 6m high. These hold most of our grip strength type obstacles. With things like hanging ropes, balls, pipes and monkey bars - this will prepare you for any Obstacle Course Race and make conquering obstacles on race day a breeze!
Our Track - Is 160m long and home to our strength based movements, with things like train tracks and pencils to carry, or tires to flip and drag.


RUNNING AT OUR FACILITY
We have a running trail that's just under 1km long. Here you will cover some technical mountainous single tracks with some obstacles on route. We have a 50m balance beam, rope climbs and a tire ladder. A full lap gives you 51m elevation gain but can be adjusted to do shorter loops as part of your workout.
On each lap you'll go past the track so exercises and equipment there are easy to incorporate into each lap and create your own obstacle course race (OCR). These are often what our Functional Endurance sessions involve.
