ABOUT OUR CLASSES
STRENGTH
Our Strength sessions involve the combination of Calisthenics, Functional Fitness, Weights, Kettlebells, Indian Clubs and Mace exercises.
These are done at a fairly low intensity, with rest periods in between.
STRENGTH ENDURANCE
Our Strength Endurance sessions involve the combination of Functional Exercises, Bodyweight, Kettlebells, Indian Clubs and Mace exercises.
These are done for a longer duration at a lower intensity, with rest periods in between.
FUNCTIONAL ENDURANCE
These sessions involve a combination of running/ other cardio equipment, functional exercises, obstacles, carries & some strength exercises.
They are completed at a higher maintained intensity level, rest periods are short to maintain higher heart rates.
PILATES
These sessions emphasises the importance of beginning movement from a central core of stability. They are low intensity and focus more on strength and control through movement.
Great for preventing injury and improving your mobility.
We offer Matwork Pilates, and integrate mini ball, and resistance band workouts.
Pre-natal & post-natal ladies are welcome. Movements are modified where necessary.
Private sessions available.
LADIES CONDITIONING
These sessions encompass both strength and endurance type sessions. We cater for all fitness levels.
They are fun and great full body workouts. We often mix up the sessions with new activities.
FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT TRAINING
These are HIIT based workouts tailored to all levels of fitness. We like to focus on simple movements that are functional and relevant to your every day life.
These are a great combination of strength and functional fitness exercises.
VOLLEYBALL
Volleyball, with a twist. This is a firm favourite amongst the members and often forms part of the warm up or cool downs in our workouts.
Here we play your normal volleyball but using weighted slamballs.

We will help scale the workouts to your current ability and advise you on how to get the best results in your new found fitness movement.
Yes 🙂 We want to make sure there is no pressure when coming for your first class. We want to make sure you’re happy before joining us as a member.
Currently we only have a restroom/ change room. But are looking into the addition of outdoor showers in the near future.
