Alec has a passion for seeing people live in good health. His journey started as a youngster competing in Body Building, Power Lifting, Weight Lifting, and Surfing.
He then focused on his business and putting his health aside, eventually weighed 103kg. At 35 he decided to do something about it and through Quad racing, Mountain Biking, Trail Running, and Adventure Racing he made a change.
Discovering OCR from Greg he started to find his place and re-focused back to holistic health, spiritual, nutritional, and physical wellbeing. This lead him to become the 2x Endurance OCR World Champion.
