Prepare yourself to better perform daily tasks you might do at home, work, or in sports.Β 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

We have a whole unique obstacle set up including a variety of rigs, slack line, farmer carry and functional equipment.

To get you ready for your next Spartan/ Warrior Race or just if you want to be like those Ninja Warriors on TV.

OBSTACLE TRAINING

A mind body centring technique that emphasises the importance of beginning movement from a central core of stability.

We offer Mat-work Pilates consisting of static, dynamic, rotary stability and mobility exercises.

PILATES

Our ladies class involves a combination of aerobic and strength conditioning.

The classes vary weekly, we like to mix things up whilst reaching goals and having fun.

LADIES CONDITIONING

Our very own volleyball, with a twist. This is a firm favourite amongst the members.

Here we play your normal volleyball but using weighted slamballs.

VOLLEYBALL

Here we get that blood pumping and include cardio activities such as running, assault bike, rowing and ski erg.Β 

These increase your muscle endurance and will often be mixed functional movements and carries.
